The Watershed Committee of the Ozarks contracted Carson-Mitchell, Inc. to build a new educational facility at Valley Water Mill Lake. The LEED-Gold certified building utilizes ground-source heating and cooling, Structural Insulated Panels and laminated timber columns and beams. The facility will be used to house the Watershed Staff and educate the community about watershed management and water quality.
